Recruitment consultants Huxley Associates has moved into Apex Plaza. Acting on behalf of PRUPIM, Campbell Gordon and Colliers CRE jointly let the 4,209 sq ft on a ten year lease.

The agents have another two suites in solicitors' hands and say space is going quickly at the offices next to Reading station and rents are rising faster than at any time since 2001.

Mark Emburey, director of National Offices at Colliers CRE said the newly refurbished building dominates the upward trend in rents.

He added: "Whilst these refurbishment works were only finished this February, there is already strong interest on two of the three remaining floors, moving us ever closer to a fully let building."
