Stonemartin has let around 11,000 sq ft (1,021 sq m) of offices to oilfield services company Expro International at Davidson House in Forbury Square, Reading. The deal was completed on behalf of Corporate Centres, a fund managed by Hermes and Morley. Expro has taken a 10-year lease at £24/sq ft (258.34/sq.m).
