Jersey based Wyeth Pharmaceuticals has been reported as been reported as relocating from Maidenhead to GreenPark in the biggest letting at the 200 acre park since Cisco signed up in 2001.

Property Week has predicted a flurry of pre-lets following Wyeth's expected move to 100,000 sq ft of space at the park.

It currently has 60,000 sq.ft at Taplow.

Yell, healthcare IT ervices provider Cerner, Kia Motors and Hyundai are all said to be considering moves to GreenPark.

Wyeth is being advised by King Sturge and Campbell Gordon and Knight Frank are advising GreenPark owners PruPIM.
