Campbell Gordon has let 18,055 sq.ft of office space at Apex Plaza to law firm Shoosmiths. The firm, currently based in Crown Street, will become the newest tenants of the building later this month. They have secured a 10 year lease in the prominent town centre building, which is also home to legal firm Olswang and Barclays Capital.
