GreenPark shows better than anywhere that small to medium firms are driving a recovery in the take up of office space, now at its highest point since 2001. Tim Davis, Director of PruPIM said "Offices there are consistently between 90% and 95% full".

Now Prudential is about to start constructing two buildings - at 260 and 280 South Oak Way - totalling 82,000 sqft. The available space in these is made for splitting into different combinations. A third new building is also being considered.

Duncan Campbell of property agents Campbell Gordon, which will market the new buildings, said: "There's a sense that companies are anticipating growth in a way that they haven't been in the last few years. There's a good feeling out there"
