John Madejski's Sackville properties has brought land Securities' Reading for almost £28m. the site, totaling 3.25 acres (1.32 ha) includes two office buildings of 127,000 sq ft (11,800 sq m), 13 shops, a Mecca bingo hall and a multi-storey car park let to NCP. The site is expected to be redeveloped as a mixed-use scheme. Strutt & parker represented Land Securities and Campbell Gordon acted for Sackville Properties.
