Part of Prudential's Lime Square development at GreenPark, Reading has been let to Swedish furniture company Sia. The company which supplies retailers such as Harrods and Selfridges, this week signed up 17,600 sq ft at 250 South Oak Way Sia will pay £10 per sq ft for 7,500 sq ft on the ground floor, and £20 per sq ft on 10,100 sq ft on first and second floors on a 10 year lease.
