The Royal Berkshire and Battle Hospital NHS Trust have taken two more floors at Hanover House in Kings Road for use as overflow space while areas of the hospital are being redeveloped. The Fourth floor totaling 5,800 sq ft was leased from NPI for four years at £16.06 per sq ft, and the fifth floor of the same size was signed from Allied Dunbar Assurance for 11 years at almost the same price.
