Anglo Lamron Plc has let phase one of its 4,167 sq m (44,867 sq ft) Zenith distribution centre in Bracknell to Royal Mail. The distribution unit has been acquired by Royal Mail on a 20 year lease. The development is funded by Scottish Provident Institution. Campbell Gordon are advising the landlords.
