"The largest ever pre-let outside London was sealed last week by Prudential. The US network supplier Cisco has committed to 56,390m2 (607,000 sq.ft) in five separate buildings on the Prudential owned park adjacent to the M4 motorway. The first two buildings, totaling 8,547m2 (92,000 sq.ft) and now under construction, have been let at £301 per m2 (£28 per sq ft). The rents on the four remaining plots in phase one will climb to £32. Knight Frank and Campbell Gordon are the letting agents."
