Among 250,000 sq ft of lettings and acquisitions by agent Campbell Gordon last year was 11,500 sq ft at Forbury Square in Reading on behalf of Expro last month.

US-based pharaceutical giant, Wyeth, secured a 115,000 sq ft at GreenPark business district and 2,500 sq ft was let to Magic Software at Forth House in Bracknell.

Campbell Gordon is marketing prelet office space in GreenPark of 400,000 sq ft upwards. They are also marketing 120,000 sq ft at Southside, Bridge Plaza; 55,000 sq ft at Aldwych House; 60,000 sq ft at Telecom House; 14,000 at Apex Plaza and 10,000 sq ft at Beacontree Plaza among other properties in Berkshire.
