PRUPIM is planning to speculatively develop 388,308 sq.ft at GreenPark in Reading.

Construction will start imminently on the three buildings fronting the M4: 700, 800 and 900 South Oak Way.  Fletcher Priest designed the buildings.  Campbell Gordon and Knight Frank are the letting agents for PRUPIM.
