PRUPIM has started work on its third speculative office development on the GreenPark site this year - a state of the art headquarters office building at 450 Brook Drive.
This third development will bring a total of 116,000 sq ft ((10,777 sq m) of available space to the currently 99% let 180-acre office park, south of Reading close to M4 Junction 11.
Benefiting from views over Longwater Lake, 450 Brood Drive will feature 30,000 sq. ft (2,787 sq m, net internal area) of office space and a private 110 space decked car park which will integrate into the surrounding landscape.
In addition to 450 Brook Drive, construction is currently underway on two speculative office buildings at 500 and 550 South Oak Way due to be completed in March 2009. The South Oak Way developments each comprise circa 43,000 sq ft (3,995 sq m NIA) of office space and have been designed with flexibility in mind, being suitable for either single or multi-let occupation.
Unveiling striking visuals of the 450 Brook Drive building, designed by architect Scott Brownrigg, Bob Radley, director of property development for PRUPIM, commented: "The distinctive design of 450 Brook Drive once again highlights PRUPIM's commitment to developing flagship headquarter buildings, be it large or small, that encompass the very best in architecture and technology in a first class business environment."
Agents Campbell Gordon and Knight Frank are acting on behalf of PRUPIM.
