Imperium has taken the wraps off the 38,000 sq.ft Imperium building at Worton Grange in Reading after a £1.5 million refurbishment.

The three storey early 1990s building now boasts new landscaping and prominent external works; a new Costa Coffee in the atrium; and a remodelled reception and entrance.

Already home to  NEC Technologies and Hewlett Packard, Imperium will provide one of the largest multi-tenanted office buildings in the area.

Savills and Campbell Gordon are marketing the building.
