Prupim has completed a £1.5m refurbishment of its Imperium office building at Worton Grange in Reading.

The three-storey, 90,000 sq ft, grade A office building is already part occupied by NEC Technologies and computer manufacturer HP.

Agents Campbell Gordon and Savills are quoting £26.50/sq.ft on units of 8,000 sq.ft to 30,000 sq.ft.
