Two occupiers have signed short-term leases at 100 Longwater Avenue on Prupim's GreenPark in Reading.

Chubb and Rolta Deals

Chubb Insurance has taken a three year lease on 2,030 sq ft at £63/sq ft, which includes rates and service charges, with three months rent free.

Rolta has taken a one year lease on 4,622 sq ft at £63/sq ft, also including rates and service charges, with a month rent free.

Signwise Deal

Signwise has signed a 10 year lease with a five year break on 6,440 sq.ft at Heron Industrial Estate, Spencers Wood.  The sign maker paid £7.30/sq.ft, and has six months rent free.

Aero Displays Deal

Aero Displays has taken unit 9 at the Business Centre in Wokingham on a 10 year lease, with a break in the fifth year.  The sease was signed at £7.75/sq ft with a seven month rent free period.
