PRUPIM has launched two speculatively developed buildings at Green Park in Reading.  The buildings, of around 43,000 sq.ft each, are at 500 and 550 South Oak Way.  The fund manager has also rebranded the business park's logo.  Campbell Gordon and Knight Frank are the letting agents.
