Sir Ludgate has missed the point (Property Week, 01.05.09).  It was misguidedly suggested that agents' interest in Reading is lacking, citing little interest in collecting wine on a recent open day.

Apex Plaza and Abbey Gate, two first-rate buildings owned by our clients, Aviva Investors and Prupim, each attracted more than 50 agents the day the Blade was launched.

There were more than 100 people enjoying our hosts' luncheon that day.  For me, once I had overcome my vertigo and discovered that I had not gone into orbit, or linked up with the Hubble space telescope, I saw views that previously needed a helicopter.  Well worth the ride in the Blade's new lift.
