Ceridian Increases Office Space at Green Park

PRUPIM has agreed a renewal of HR and payroll services provider Ceridian's lease at Green Park in Reading that increases the space it occupies by 7,000 sq.ft.

Ceridian is taking a further suite of offices at 100 Longwater Avenue at the 180-acre business park to expand the space it occupies from 6,000 sq.ft to 13,000 sq.ft.

Details of the terms and rent paid were not disclosed.

Rory Carson, associate director of asset management forPRUPIM, said: "We are delighted that Ceridian will be styaing with us and transferring further operations to Green Park.

"Ceridian employees will be joning a thriving community of over 3,800 people already at the park who enjoy great amenities and a calendar of tenant events, just moments from Reading town centre."

Agent Campbell Gordon acted on behalf of PRUPIM on the lease renewal and new leasing which will come into effect 1 March.
