New Green Park Deal

Human resources and payroll services company Ceridian is expanding its operations at Green Park.

Green Park owner PRUPIM has agreed to renew Ceridian's lease at 100 Longwater Avenue on the Reading business park, more than doubling its office space from 6,000 sq.ft to 13,000 sq.ft.

More than 3,800 people work at the park, where other big names include Cisco, Thames Water, Symantec and HSBC, and Rory Carson of PRUPIM said: "We are delighted that Ceridian will be staying with us and transferring further operations to Green Park."
