Real estate investment manager PRUPIM has signed Aldermore Bank to its Apex Plaza scheme in Reading.

Aldermore Bank has taken an 8,000 sq.ft office on the fourth floor at a rent of £27.50 per sq.ft on a 10 year lease.

Apex Plaza, which is let to firms such as Barclays, Ernst & Young, HSBC and Osborne Clarke, has recently completed a multi-million pound refurbishment.
