Duncan Campbell said “The dilemma for me with regard to furloughing is that whilst we have definitely seen a reduction in workload and fee income, it is not black and white. There is still work to be done by the team and what I would like to see is some more flexibility, in particular the ability to retain staff on a part-time basis so for the government to top up the payments as far as they can during the period that they are not working for the business and for us to pay them for the number of days that they do work for the business.”

The Rt Hon Alok Sharma MP together with pupils from Whitley Park Primary School have attended a topping out ceremony at Mapletree’s Green Park on Friday 28 February, 2020 for its latest phase of development at 400 and 450 Longwater Avenue totalling 233,988 sq ft of Grade A office space.
