The Challenge
Adeptra are a 'Times Top 100' fastest growing ICT company. Some time ago they took space at the Regus serviced office building on Green Park in Reading, but due to their rapid expansion quickly ran out of space. They needed more space urgently, with the ability to grow further, whilst keeping their costs right down.
The Solution
Campbell Gordon were appointed to find a solution. Working together they identified the need for 7,000 sq.ft over the next 12 - 24 months. A search was undertaken and potential property solutions were identified, including staying put. A deal was ultimately agreed with Regus to stay on Green Park on a flexible lease with an attractive rent.
The Result
Adeptra were able to continue to focus on growing their business by solving their property need with minimal disruption, maintaining flexibility and keeping costs down.
