The Challenge

Guildgate House in Newbury totalled 3,500 sq.ft. It was no longer required by Andrew Wireless Solutions UK due to expansion of their Wokingham office. Campbell Gordon were appointed to find a tenant to whom the lease could be assigned, or sub-let.

The Solution

As soon as Campbell Gordon were instructed a high impact/low cost marketing campaign was created. As a result a tenant, B&B Attachments, was identified within a month. Campbell Gordon then conducted a complex commercial negotiation and oversaw completion of the lease.

The Result

Andrew no longer had to pay for a building they did not require.
