The Solution

Campbell Gordon were appointed to search the central Thames Valley area for leased office space, and then for serviced office accommodation. They worked closely with BST to analyse and compare the options available. The review demonstrated that the existing facility was the most suitable and represented good value for money. The search process enabled Campbell Gordon to apply pressure to their existing service provider and a significant discount was secured.
