The Challenge

Biffa had three offices in High Wycombe and one in Stokenchurch. This did not suit their operational needs. They wanted to consolidate into one of the offices in High Wycombe, but there were serious concerns about planning, legal and commercial restrictions associated with it; and the condition of the property.

The Solution

Campbell Gordon were appointed to find a solution. A deal was agreed with the Landlord whereby the quality of the space was improved and the restrictions were eliminated or responsibility was passed to other parties.

The Result

Biffa consolidated into their prefered location in time, without having to bear unacceptable liabilities or costs.
