The Challenge

Expro occupied office space in a secondary building in central Reading. They wanted to improve the quality of the working environment for staff and visitors. They wanted a high quality specification and a good location, but to keep costs down. It was also essential that they took full occupation before the expiry of their existing lease.

The Solution

Campbell Gordon conducted a fast, yet comprehensive search. Using their expert knowledge of the Reading office market they identified a number of options both on and off market. The options were analysed, and a preferred building was chosen. Terms were negotiated and agreed. Solicitors were then instructed, and Campbell Gordon oversaw the legal negotiations and ensured the lease was completed in time.

Office space was secured that suited Expro's requirements in terms of specification, location, budget and timescale.
