The Challenge

Envox were being spun out of Intel and so needed to find their own office. As an effective start up they needed to keep costs down, but also wanted to offer staff and clients a modern working environment.

The Solution

Campbell Gordon conducted an extensive search of the Thames Valley market, which included the M4 and M3 corridors. A self contained 7,000 sq.ft floor plate at Technology House was identified and attractive terms were secured.

The Result

Envox found a building that suited their needs and kept costs right down.
