Rebranding
The Challenge
Green Park is a successful office park in Reading, managed by PRUPIM. It was launched in 1997 with a unique and exciting offer. This was articulated through its brand identity and supporting marketing material. However 12 years on the material was no longer fresh and was losing its effectiveness. The content of many of the brochures was also out of date. A fresh articulation of the brand and suite of marketing collateral was therefore required.
The Solution
Campbell Gordon were appointed to Project Manage the delivery of the new assets. This was a major project over a 9 month period requiring practical project management skill and marketing expertise. Reporting in directly to PRUPIM, Campbell Gordon coordinated the team through defining the scope of works, the design agency appointment, creation of all the content for the brochures and a comprehensive review and amendment programme.
The Result
A new set of high quality communication tools were delivered on time. These included a new logo, brand guidelines, nine brochures, a website and many other items. These have enabled the team to more effectively communicate to potential tenants the benefits of choosing Green Park.
