Office re-configuration


The Challenge

Campbell Gordon have advised Prudential on Green Park since 1996. One of the buildings is 100 Longwater Avenue. It provides semi-serviced office accomodation for fast growth companies. It has always been very popular, however the suites on the 1st floor used to take longer to let. Campbell Gordon were asked to investigate the reason for this, and to make recommendations.

The Solution

Campbell Gordon, working closely with PRUPIM, carried out extensive analysis of the market demand and letting history. It was concluded that the size and configuration of the suites should be changed. The space was re-configured in line with the recommendations.

The Result

All the reconfigured suites were let within 6 months.
