Newbury office search

The Challenge

Amdocs were growing and needed a new office in Newbury. An option had been identified but it was not ideal, and it was expensive.

The Solution

Campbell Gordon were asked to find a better solution. A search was conducted and a number of buildings were identified. One was selected and terms were negotiated and agreed. Campbell Gordon then facilitated the legal negotiations, advising the Isreal based client throughout the process.

The Result

A more suitable, and cheaper, building was secured within a tight timescale
