The Challenge
The Duke of Northumberland Estate own Sussex House, an 18,000 sq.ft office building in Central Reading. A rent review was due and the Estate wished to maximise their income and asset value. However it was already well rented but with some potential for an increase.
The Solution
Campbell Gordon were appointed to negotiate the review terms. Based on their expert knowledge of the market they were able to put together a compelling case using market evidence, to demonstrate the case for an uplift.

A 5.6% rental increase was secured for the Estate.
