Minimising costs - lease regear


The Challenge

United Bible Societies did not need the full 12,000 sq.ft they occupied, but did not have a lease expiry for 4 years. The quality of their accomodation was also quite poor. They wanted to reduce their costs, and improve the quality of the working environment for their staff.

The Solution

Campbell Gordon were appointed to find a solution and negotiate a new deal with their Landlord. A new lease was agreed for 5,500 sq.ft on a newly refurbished floor elsewhere in the building, at a substantially lower rent.

The Result

United Bible Societies relocated to better quality and more usable office accomodation, and reduced their costs.
