Reading office search
The Challenge
WorkPlace occupied an older style building in a secondary location that no longer suited their needs. They wanted a good quality, modern, open plan office close the Reading train station, with good parking.
The Solution
Campbell Gordon were appointed to find suitable accommodation and negotiate suitable lease terms. A preferred option was identified. However the Landlord had specific plans for the building which meant that Campbell Gordon had to push hard to secure an acceptable lease term, whilst not compromising on rent and rent free incentive.
The Result
WorkPlace acquired the office at an attractive rent and incentive, for a satisfactory term
'I was referred to Campbell Gordon by another client they had and following due dilligence, appointed them for 2 key reasons. One - because I felt they would unearth all potential offices for us. And, two - because I believed they would ultimately save us money through their knowledge of the market, and so what to pay. I liked the fact they seemed pushy and so were likely to get us the maximum rent free and the lowest rent. They successfully found the right building, and secured it on attractive terms. So yes, a completely satisfactory outcome.'
