Ian G Campbell BSc FRICS
Ian is the Senior Partner of Campbell Gordon. After leaving London, where he worked for Wates Limited, Richard Ellis and Hillier Parker, he founded the practice in 1978. He has over three decades of experience in the Thames Valley property market.
On the RICS panel of arbitrators and Independent Experts for many years, he chaired the RICS Coded of Measuring Practice, which published the current model Code as the 4th Edition of the Code. Author of several market reviews including Growth v Quality of Life: a Thames Valley Solution; and Property at Risk: Will Planning Policies Delay Economic Recovery? His speciality is long term market driven strategic planning.
After actively supporting the Berkshire Community Foundation for many years, he is now Vice President.
Keith Wise BSc FRICS
Keith is a partner in the practice. After graduating in 1979 he joined the Valuation and Estate Department of the Greater London Council. In 1983 he moved to Legal & General from where he joined Campbell Gordon in 1989 and became a partner in 1991. Keith is a past Chairman of the General Practice Division of the BB&O branch of the RICS. Keith has considerable experience in commercial agency, professional and development work, and is personally responsible for the firm's major agency instructions and leads the agency team. He has been involved in the GreenPark project since its inception advising on lettings, marketing and development.
Duncan Campbell BA Hons PG Dip Surv MRICS
Duncan is a partner at Campbell Gordon. After completing his business degree in 1994 he joined business services firm Capita Group Plc. He then worked for IS consultancy firm Methods Consulting Ltd, before moving to marketing agency 4i. In 2004 he joined Campbell Gordon. In 2007 he completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
Christopher Barrs
Chris joined Campbell Gordon in early 2006 and is the Senior Negotiator in the agency team. After studying BioMedical Science at University for 2 years, he has gained 7 years of commercial experience in the Thames Valley, working initially for storage company Access and then financial services company MBNA in both management and sales roles.
Chris takes the lead role on a number of key office and industrial client instructions which make up the Campbell Gordon portfolio. He has an excellent knowledge of the commercial property market in Greater Reading, Bracknell and the surrounding areas, and advises investor, private and corporate clients on lettings and marketing.
Toby Barnett BSc Hons
Toby joined Campbell Gordon in July 2007 immediately after graduating in Property Management and Investment. Toby is a professional trainee and part of the agency team. Toby is responsible for a number of office and industrial agency instructions. He is active in the Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell and Wallingford markets.
