Ian G Campbell BSc FRICS
Ian is the Senior Partner of Campbell Gordon. After leaving London, where he worked for Wates Limited, Richard Ellis and Hillier Parker, he founded the practice in 1978. He has over three decades of experience in the Thames Valley property market.
On the RICS panel of arbitrators and Independent Experts for many years, he chaired the RICS Code of Measuring Practice, which published the current model Code as the 4th Edition of the Code. Author of several market reviews including Growth v Quality of Life: a Thames Valley Solution; and Property at Risk: Will Planning Policies Delay Economic Recovery? His speciality is long term market driven strategic planning.
After actively supporting the Berkshire Community Foundation for many years, he is now Vice President.
Keith Wise BSc FRICS
Keith is a Partner. After graduating in 1979 he joined the Valuation and Estates Department of the Greater London Council. In 1983 he moved to Legal & General from where he joined Campbell Gordon in 1989. He became a partner in 1991. Keith is a past Chairman of the General Practice Division of the BB&O branch of the RICS.
Keith has a wealth of experience in commercial agency, professional and development work. Having worked in the Thames Valley for over 20 years he is regarded as an expert in this market, as such he provides Expert Witness and other professional services to legal, corporate and property clients.
Keith is a specialist in complex commercial acquisitions and disposals. Recent agency negotiations include a 43,000 sq.ft acquisition for Thames Water; 120,000 sq.ft letting to Quintiles; 42,000 sq.ft letting to Deloitte and 43,000 sq.ft letting to PRA International.
He is an expert in long term strategic regeneration and development projects. Recent investment and development transactions include 27 Market Street in Maidenhead, Circle Hospital site sale at Southside and residential development site agreements in Wallingford and Theale for PRUPIM, Aegon and private clients.
Keith has also provided strategic asset management advice over a long period to institutional clients on properties in Theale, Reading and Woodley.
He is also an expert in generating value through unconventional asset management plays. He has recently advised Threadneedle and other institutional clients on schemes throughout the central Thames Valley region.
Keith is a visiting lecturer at The University of West London.
Duncan Campbell BA (Hons) PG Dip Surv MRICS
Duncan is a Partner. After completing his business degree in 1994 he joined Capita Group. He then worked for IT consultancy firm Methods Consulting, before moving to marketing agency 4i. In 2004 he joined Campbell Gordon. In 2007 he completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.
Duncan is a specialist in commercial property acquisitions. He has aquired offices for Adeptra, Absolute Software and Workplace in Reading; for IQPC in Maidenhead and Central London; for Amdocs in Newbury, and for many others throughout the Thames Valley.
He is an experienced office disposal agent, having let and sold offices for Aberdeen, Aviva, Freshwater, Mapeley, Moorfields, Praxis, PRUPIM, Rreef and Threadneedle amongst others.
Duncan is an active buyer of residential development sites. He has acquired control of sites for Kebbell in Chiswick and Hammersmith. Duncan has also provided development consultancy services to Stanley Casinos, Freshwater and others, on commercial, mixed use & residential development sites in Reading, Maidenhead and London.
Sarah Brisbane BSc (Hons) MSc
Sarah joined Campbell Gordon as a Graduate Surveyor in 2009, after completing a Masters in Real Estate at the University of Reading. Prior to this, she gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Biology from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
Sarah is an active agent, having let office and industrial space in Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell, and Newbury for Allianz, Aviva, ING, Lamron, Praxis, PRUPIM and Threadneedle.
Sarah has provided asset management services and development advice in relation to office and industrial properties for Aviva, Praxis and Threadneedle. Sarah also advises occupiers looking for office and industrial premises.
Rhiannon Gray BSc (Hons)
Rhiannon joined Campbell Gordon as a Graduate Surveyor in January 2011 after 14 months in residential agency. Prior to this, Rhiannon gained a BSc (Hons) degree in Land Management from the University of Reading.
Rhiannon works on office and industrial disposal projects for PRUPIM, PRAXIS and Moorfields in Ascot, Reading and Bracknell.
