Ian G Campbell BSc FRICS

Ian is the Senior Partner of Campbell Gordon. After leaving London, where he worked for Wates Limited, Richard Ellis and Hillier Parker, he founded the practice in 1978. He has over three decades of experience in the Thames Valley property market.

On the RICS panel of arbitrators and Independent Experts for many years, he chaired the RICS Coded of Measuring Practice, which published the current model Code as the 4th Edition of the Code. Author of several market reviews including Growth v Quality of Life: a Thames Valley Solution; and Property at Risk: Will Planning Policies Delay Economic Recovery? His speciality is long term market driven strategic planning.

After actively supporting the Berkshire Community Foundation for many years, he is now Vice President.

Keith Wise BSc FRICS

Keith is a Partner. After graduating in 1979 he joined the Valuation and Estate Department of the Greater London Council. In 1983 he moved to Legal & General from where he joined Campbell Gordon in 1989 and became a partner in 1991. Keith is a past Chairman of the General Practice Division of the BB&O branch of the RICS.

Keith has a wealth of experience in commercial agency, professional and development work. Having worked in the Thames Valley for over 20 years he is regarded as an expert in this market, as such he provides Expert Witness and other professional services to legal, corporate and property clients.He is a specialist in complex commercial acquisition negotiations, generating value through unconventional asset management plays and long term strategic regeneration & development projects.

Duncan Campbell BA Hons PG Dip Surv MRICS

Duncan is a Partner. After completing his business degree in 1994 he joined outsourcing firm Capita Group. Then in 1997 he joined Business Consultancy firm Methods Consulting, before moving to marketing and branding agency 4i in 2000. In 2004 he joined Campbell Gordon, and whilst working he completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.

Duncan is a specialist in the Thames Valley office and industrial property markets. This expertise includes commercial property agency, ensuring occupiers are found quickly for vacant space; and acqusitions, in securing property for clients that closely fits all their requirements. He also specialises in development; buying and selling land and putting in place strategies to maximise value of commercial and residential development sites.

Christopher Barrs

Chris joined Campbell Gordon in early 2006 and is a Surveyor in the agency team. After studying BioMedical Science at Nottingham Trent University, he gained 7 years of commercial experience in the Thames Valley, working initially for Access and then financial services company MBNA.

Chris takes the lead role on a number of key office and industrial client instructions which make up the Campbell Gordon portfolio. He has an excellent knowledge of the commercial property market in Greater Reading, Bracknell and the surrounding areas. He advises investor, private and corporate clients on property disposal, acquisition and marketing.
