He specialises in identifying potential challenges early, particularly with commercial leases and development projects, whilst navigating them effectively. Jake’s focus is always on ensuring maximum value and the best possible outcome for every client.

Lewis Holmes

Senior Surveyor

Lewis joined Campbell Gordon in May 2024 after spending over 6 years specialising in occupier consultancy and tenant representation across London and the South East. Lewis qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2022 and has a successful track record delivering multiple agency instructions for SMEs, national, government and international clients. Lewis brings a strong market insight and client-focused approach to every project.

George Twelves

Graduate Surveyor

George joined Campbell Gordon in May 2025 after completing his BSc (Hons) in Real Estate at the Royal Agricultural University. He is working towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor, specialising in commercial property. George brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a commitment to learning to the Campbell Gordon team.
