Campbell Gordon has once again been recognised in the CoStar Awards for the Berkshire and North Hampshire region, which celebrate the UK’s most active commercial real estate agencies based on completed transactions across the 2025 calendar year.

That makes them especially meaningful, they are not based on nominations or opinion but on the agencies that have demonstrably been the most active in the market.

This year Campbell Gordon secured the top position in both:

To achieve first place in both categories highlights not only the number of transactions completed, but also the scale of activity we delivered for occupiers, landlords and investors across the region.

For us, this recognition reflects something we have long believed about the Berkshire office market, success here comes from deep local knowledge, long standing relationships and a constant presence in the market. Berkshire is one of the most dynamic office markets in the UK outside of London, with a diverse occupier base ranging from global corporates to growing regional businesses. Navigating that market requires an understanding not just of buildings and availability but of occupier behaviour, shifting demand and the nuances of each town within the region.

At Campbell Gordon we have always focused on being embedded in that market. We spend a significant amount of time speaking with occupiers, landlords and developers, understanding their evolving requirements and helping them respond to changing workplace strategies. In a period where the office market has faced significant structural change, that local insight and proactive approach has become even more important.
