COMMERCIAL PROPERTY CONSULTANCY – CLIENT SERVICE
WINNER – CAMPBELL GORDON
Two consultancies were contesting this award, and both were hoping for one answer to make them smile.
Campbell Gordon – a submission encapsulating the firm’s great work since 2013 in defining and implementing a successful property strategy for Bracknell & Wokingham College.
Vail Williams – a submission highlighting dependable client service for St John Ambulance over nearly 20 years and involving scores of properties.
Colin Allan, managing director for Morgan Lovell, once again presented the winner’s award.
A firm that genuinely cares
Campbell Gordon’s work with Bracknell & Wokingham College included the “challenging” disposal of Wick Hill campus; the “sensitive” disposal of Woodley Hill House; and the acquisition of a Skills Training Centre. The college said the partnership with Campbell Gordon had shown the firm “genuinely cares about the quality of the service they provide.”
How do you maintain your service standards?
Campbell Gordon director Duncan Campbell explained: “We have two fundamental pillars that support and inform the way we do business for clients. One is the rigorous, robust commercial approach, working very hard to get the very best commercial outcome for clients. The other is our committed focus on and compliance to the highest professional standards, which we see as a very important service offering. Combining and sustaining those two elements over Campbell Gordon’s 39-year existence has produced a successful client service formula and one we are very proud to continue with.”
What will this award mean for your people?
“They will be very, very pleased and I am delighted because every member of our team is totally committed to delivering very high standards. It sounds like a cliché but it absolutely isn’t from a Campbell Gordon point of view. We all work very hard and embrace those standards in everything we do, and every action we take on our clients’ behalf.”
