Westcore has introduced the ‘Flow’ fitted suite concept at Kennet Place

Westcore has signed Berkeley Homes for a fitted suite concept – ‘Flow’ – at Kennet Place in Reading.

The suites are fitted out speculatively by the landlord, with meeting rooms, break out spaces and contemporary furnishing throughout.

We decided to fit out this suite and one other of 4,025 sq ft, speculatively, one of the very first to do this in the South East market outside of London. Westcore Europe bought Kennet Place in 2016 and working in partnership with Canmoor as development manager undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the building, which was subsequently launched in July of 2017.

Instant Managed Offices taken space on the second, third and fourth floors equating to 42,120 sq ft in 2018 in the biggest Reading letting of that year.
