M&G's UK Residential Fund wanted to find a top quality BTR asset in Reading.
Campbell Gordon were appointed to find the right investment opportunity. They sourced a number of off-market opportunities including Thames Quarter.
They engaged in the commercial negotiations with the disposal parties and ultimately secured the asset on a Forward Fund and Forward Purchase basis.
